After having handled corporate stint with IBM (The Tech Giant ) for more than a decade as "Social Media Recruitment Leader" and as a "HR Director" with one of the TOP 20 - Accounting firms of India, She is now a founding partner with Profind Solutions to keep her spark on and unleashing the entrepreneurial side of her. A graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from one of the TOP WOMEN College (Indraprastha College) in India. She also holds Master's Degree in Human Resources from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Studies & Research.
